Senior Paralegal

A company is looking for a Sr. Paralegal to support its corporate legal team. Key Responsibilities Prepare commercial collections-related documentation and draft various transactional documents Track and coordinate status of internal collections and bankruptcy matters, assisting with case management Support transactional functions and assist with ad hoc projects within the legal department Required Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial collections and commercial bankruptcy preferred BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred Intermediate-to-Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage conflicting priorities Capacity to work in a team environment and manage projects effectively
