Senior Partner Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Partner Operations Manager to build and optimize the operational infrastructure that supports its partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational processes to streamline partner engagement and enablement
Ensure Salesforce and other tools support partner needs, including data tracking and deal registration
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to optimize partner programs and improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or a related function in a B2B technology environment
Strong knowledge of partner ecosystems, including channel partners, GSIs, and cloud providers
Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and other partner management tools
Proven ability to develop and optimize partner programs and operational workflows
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and reporting
