Senior People Operations Generalist
A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert for benefits and liaise between employees and benefits providers
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations
Oversee employee leave of absence requests and manage immigration-related responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience supporting employees in international locations and understanding global HR practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of HR/People Operations experience in fast-growing organizations
Knowledge of FLSA regulations and human resources regulations, state and federal employment law
