Key Responsibilities
Review and maintain lease information and data in technology systems, ensuring proper document management
Conduct audits of financial reconciliations and manage dispute resolutions with landlords
Oversee subtenant processes, ensuring accurate financial obligations and timely rent processing
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
2+ years of experience in auditing or related field
Expertise in cost analysis and understanding complex real estate lease terminology
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
