A company is looking for a Sr Specialist, Process Review (Remote). Key Responsibilities Conduct interviews and assess internal business processes for compliance with organizational policies Analyze information to identify variances and recommend process improvements Collaborate with process owners to maintain and create business process documentation and workflows Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or two years of equivalent experience Four years of analytical experience in an operations or process-focused environment Experience in managed care operations, including enrollment and claims processing Knowledge of provider and contract configuration Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and six years of analytical experience
