Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide
Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions for optimal staffing and workload management
Maintain headcount requirements and manage HR-related activities to support compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies, specifically in call centers
Expert understanding of call center operations, processes, and analytics
Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred certifications such as Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, or Workforce Certification
