Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with grantees and stakeholders in youth civic engagement Oversee grant docket strategy, including drafting, publication, and disbursement processes Design program budgets and evaluate engagement through data collection and analysis Required Qualifications Experience in grant management and program development Knowledge of youth civic engagement, particularly in the South and Southwest Ability to design and implement capacity-building programs Experience in supervising and coaching staff Willingness to travel for in-person engagements and site visits
