A company is looking for a Sr Project Cost Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage construction cost budgets and develop contracts for various projects Enhance cost control processes and compile project unit pricing and labor rates Track financial aspects of projects and support client communication and project management activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Management with knowledge of CSI trade costs Strong working knowledge of architectural & engineering drawings and space planning concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software Experience in Construction Management or Real Estate preferred
