A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager - Government Contracting. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the development of large, complex federal proposal responses from kickoff to submission Develop and implement overarching proposal strategies aligned with corporate goals and specific opportunity win themes Oversee IDIQ management, including reporting, compliance, and identifying opportunities across the portfolio Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field 7-10+ years of experience in federal proposal management, development, and strategy Demonstrated success managing larger proposal responses ($25M+) for federal agencies Deep understanding of the federal procurement process, FAR, and agency-specific regulations Proficiency in managing proposal development tools and processes
