Director of Human Resources
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee HR Business Partners to ensure strategic HR initiatives align with business objectives
Develop and implement talent strategies, including succession planning and employee engagement initiatives
Collaborate with internal HR Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness and compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in human resources or management, or equivalent experience required
Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Seven to ten years of experience in Human Resources, with at least five years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
Three years of leadership experience required
M&A experience strongly preferred
