Senior Sales Development Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and scale the SDR function, including recruiting and training talent
Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification strategies
Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team to meet and exceed targets
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing SDRs
Proven success in building or scaling a sales development function in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and pipeline metrics
Experience with modern sales and AI tools
Familiarity with the AI/ML or data security space is a bonus
