Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance recruitment processes and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance full lifecycle recruitment processes to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences
Define sourcing strategies and activate channels to attract top talent
Evaluate candidates' qualifications and ensure alignment with position requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; additional HR function experience is a plus
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience leading process improvement projects with multiple partners
Experience with third-party vendor agencies
