Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an enterprise-level employer business development strategy
Cross-sell training and development services to employer partners
Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure job placements for graduates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience with at least two years in Talent Acquisition, Sales, Human Resources, or Business Development
Experience presenting to senior executives and managing the sales process
Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
Deep understanding of the IT industry's talent needs and connections within the employer landscape
Proven track record of developing creative solutions for diverse customer needs
