Key Responsibilities
Partner with Operations leaders to identify talent needs and implement workforce planning strategies

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR roles, including talent management and organizational development
Proven track record of partnering with Operations leaders on talent strategies
Strong consultative and coaching skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools, with knowledge of HR laws and compliance
