Senior Talent Operations Partner
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Operations Partner to enhance HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technology enhancements and process improvement projects from start to finish
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure best practices for system configurations
Conduct User Acceptance Testing and support change management for new technology implementations
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of Workday's HCM, including business process frameworks and talent acquisition modules
3 years of experience in HR systems and/or HR operations in a techno-functional or business analyst role
3 years of project management experience, including requirements gathering and test plan development
Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive prioritization and lead change management efforts
Experience with content creation platforms such as Articulate/Rise 360, Canvas, or Camtasia is highly desired
