Key Responsibilities Oversee outsource partner for global income tax provision and ensure compliance with USGAAP Guide global accounting team on tax account accuracy and provide technical guidance based on USGAAP Collaborate with Financial Planning and Treasury groups on cash taxes and effective tax rate accuracy Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Deep knowledge in Income Tax Accounting (ASC 740) Experience with Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements Ability to monitor tax law developments and recommend process improvements Experience in managing partnerships with outsource tax service providers Strong analytical and strategic leadership skills
