Senior User Experience Designer

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer. Key Responsibilities Drive the strategic monitoring and enhancement of digital user experiences for products and services Provide support for digital products, channels, and corporate initiatives, potentially mentoring less experienced designers Conduct user testing to ensure the success of digital enhancements, including writing test plans and developing analytic processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in User design OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in User design Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry and design research Technical acumen with an understanding of the internet, web application development, and system design Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch Current or former experience as a contractor/contingent worker for the company or its subsidiaries is required
