Senior VAR Manager
A company is looking for a Sr. VAR Manager to lead their channel partner program and drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage regional value-added revenue and enhance VAR partner segmentation
Onboard new VARs and maintain ongoing partner relationships
Develop and execute a comprehensive VAR business plan while coordinating with internal sales teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the SaaS or technology industry
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Strong leadership skills with experience in developing high-performing teams
Proficiency in channel management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in English is required
