A company is looking for a Senior Configuration Professional - Workday Compensation. Key Responsibilities Configure Workday HRIS based on business requirements and manage Annual Compensation Processes Collaborate with Compensation teams to identify needs and enhance the associate experience through system configuration Provide tier 3 support to end users and partner with IT developers for integration development Required Qualifications Three+ years of experience configuring Workday in Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation workstreams Experience in identifying and resolving issues through Workday reporting and configuration Ability to build strong working relationships and engage partners in technical solutions Experience working as part of a team supporting an enterprise HR application Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
