A company is looking for a Senior Workplace Investigations Business Partner. Key Responsibilities Lead sensitive workplace investigations, conducting interviews and drafting investigative reports Maintain and track all case-related documents in the designated case management system Provide guidance to HR and managers on workplace concerns while ensuring compliance with employment laws Required Qualifications BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in workplace investigations or related fields 5+ years of experience conducting complex investigations into employment law-related matters Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases/projects simultaneously Experience in stakeholder management with diverse groups across various levels Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
