A company is looking for a Techno Functional Consultant - L2. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Management solutions Translate business needs into technical architectures and provide technical expertise for ServiceNow capabilities Conduct maturity assessments and lead workshops for defining RBAC models and depreciation strategies Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM Pro implementations (v. Quebec+) Mastery in asset lifecycle automation, integration, and process automation Certifications: CIS-HAM (required), CIS-SAM (preferred), CSA, IT4IT/ITIL 4 (asset focus) Experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, NIST) Strong stakeholder management experience from CISO to procurement teams
