A company is looking for a ServiceNow Practitioner Sr to support IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules
Implement ITIL-based workflows to enhance service delivery and efficiency
Develop automation and integration solutions using ServiceNow capabilities
Required Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management
Ability to obtain or currently possess Canadian Protected B security clearance
