A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a backing background required. Key Responsibilities Drive integrations and cross-functional collaboration across internal teams Facilitate requirement gathering, workshops, and internal customer meetings Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution Required Qualifications Experience with banking workflows from a Banker or LO perspective Lead 4-5 ServiceNow implementations, ideally within the FSO model Proven experience as a ServiceNow contractor in technical roles Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow integrations and platform capabilities CSA and CSM certifications highly preferred
