ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant
A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Technical Consultant with APM, CSDM, and CMDB.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support ServiceNow modules including APM, CMDB, and CSDM
Conduct workshops, demos, and gather user stories to advise on best practices
Utilize extensive knowledge in ServiceNow to enhance client solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Proven expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and APM
ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more required)
Experience in consultancy and client-facing roles
Availability for part-time hours (15-25 hours per week)
