Services Consulting Manager

A company is looking for a Services Consulting Manager to lead a Professional Services team in a SaaS organization. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a world-class Professional Services team for CLM, ensuring successful implementation methodologies and project outcomes Manage complex customer engagements, including proposal generation, SOW creation, and client negotiations Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes Required Qualifications 15+ years of client-facing software implementation and/or consulting experience with enterprise-scale SaaS projects 3+ years of experience with Legal Ops/Procurement and understanding of AI and CLM trends Experience building and leading a 10+ person organization Strong negotiation skills and ability to interface with executive-level clients Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
