A company is looking for a Disease Area Site Contracting Lead to manage site contracting strategies and timelines for clinical studies. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage startup and site contracting strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams Act as the point of escalation for site contracting concerns and identify risk mitigation strategies Oversee timelines and completion of site contracts, confidentiality agreements, and therapeutic area agreements Required Qualifications and Education BS or advanced degree in a relevant field Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical development with knowledge of site contracts and budgets Thorough understanding of contracting and budgeting processes Able to work effectively in a matrix, cross-functional team environment Strong analytical capabilities and advanced presentation skills
