SMB Implementation Manager
A company is looking for an SMB Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact during the customer's onboarding and implementation process
Guide customers from sign-up to success, coordinating data migrations, initial trainings, and third-party integrations
Coach and train customers on product and industry best practices while overseeing their account usage
Required Qualifications
At least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or knowledge and experience in the Home Service industry
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a significant plus
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional customer relationship skills with a clear understanding of excellent customer service
Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus
