Solar Program Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Solar for All Program Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of Solar for All program contracts. Key Responsibilities Lead planning activities and collaborate with state agency partners to ensure timely completion of program tasks Manage program implementation, including customer intake, income verification, and maintaining a network of qualified solar installers Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, oversee reporting processes, and support program audits Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in public administration, engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in energy or federally funded initiatives Experience with program design, implementation, and compliance for government-funded programs serving low-income communities Strong understanding of solar PV systems and residential energy efficiency Familiarity with EPA, DOE, or state-level reporting and compliance requirements is highly desirable
