Key Responsibilities Monitor program key performance indicators on a weekly basis Aggregate data sources to create provider performance check-in decks and ROI analyses Track and manage resolutions of provider and staff inquiries Required Qualifications 1+ years of account management or client-facing experience in physician billing; coding experience preferred CPC (Certified Professional Coder) preferred Excel experience required; CRM (SalesForce) and data management experience preferred Experience in a healthcare or physician practice setting preferred Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
