Key Responsibilities Utilize consultative methods to effect change in key focus areas Conduct weekly/bi-weekly coaching sessions to confirm and measure implemented changes Update CRM with necessary notes and changes while promoting additional products Required Qualifications 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred 2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple accounts Experience in presenting training material engagingly Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including executives
