Startup Program Manager
A company is looking for a Startup Program Manager to lead efforts in engaging and supporting early-stage startups. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical and strategic point of contact for startups, ensuring they receive support and value Define and evolve the Supabase for Startups program, including onboarding and support offerings Attend and run events to network with founders and represent the company as a thought leader Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical partnerships, or startup go-to-market functions Hands-on technical background with ability to write or read code and debug integration issues Strong familiarity with Postgres, Supabase, or other open-source developer tools Experience as a former YC founder or early-stage startup operator is preferred Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate success metrics and drive improvements
