Key Responsibilities Manage the Product Department staff and oversee project completion Develop and maintain competitive product offerings and pricing strategies Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate strategies with other departments to meet profit and growth objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience preferred 9 - 11 years of experience or a Master's Degree with 7 - 9 years of experience At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience Experience in personal lines insurance products, particularly auto and homeowner products Experience in developing and implementing products, underwriting, and coverage programs
