A company is looking for a Contracts Counsel to support its legal and clinical operations teams. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various clinical and research-related contracts Provide legal guidance on contractual obligations and regulatory compliance Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient contract lifecycle management Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate (JD) and active bar membership in good standing 8+ years of contract negotiation experience, with at least 5 years in biotech, pharma, or life sciences Expertise in clinical contracting and knowledge of phase 2/3 clinical trials Experience with contract management software and legal tracking systems Comfortable working in Pacific Time Zone hours (PST)
