Key Responsibilities Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure enrollment growth for Medicaid and Child Health Plus Oversee and collaborate with teams to achieve specific retention and marketing goals Lead statewide call campaigns and represent the organization at various meetings focusing on retention strategies Required Qualifications BA/BS degree required; MA/MS in a Health Care related field preferred 10 years of management experience, preferably in a marketing field Experience in a heavily regulated environment with compliance knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
