A company is looking for a Small Business Advisor to guide small business owners in financial management and foster client relationships. Key Responsibilities Build lasting connections with small business owners, providing expert guidance throughout their financial journey Apply accounting expertise to ensure compliance and craft financial strategies that optimize client success and minimize tax liabilities Proactively communicate with clients, delivering personalized experiences through digital interactions and one-on-one meetings Required Qualifications A minimum of three years of experience in Accounting and/or Tax Preparation services for small businesses EA, CPA, or other Accounting credentials strongly preferred Experience using accounting and/or tax preparation software to service multiple clients Proven ability to complete small business accounting and tax preparation tasks, including IRS forms and account reconciliations
