Key Responsibilities
Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, and customer engagement for large customers
Collaborate with enterprise sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to build a sales pipeline
Develop an understanding of customer organizations and their needs to enhance service interactions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of prospecting experience or a background in recruitment or sales
Proven track record of high performance in a results-based culture
Experience using sales technology, including SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
Strong desire for accountability and continuous learning
Ability to navigate objections and deliver value-driven messaging
