Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Substation Project Engineers overseeing engineering tasks from conception through construction and commissioning Coordinate with project stakeholders to secure substation sites and manage engineering deliverables Collaborate with other groups to ensure project success and represent internal and external interests in meetings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 6+ years of relevant experience 0+ years of supervisory or management experience Preferred: Certified Professional Engineer (PE) Preferred: Six Sigma certifications (Black Belt, Green Belt, Master Black Belt) and/or a Master's degree
