SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert
A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors Employee Central products and processes
Lead implementation teams and ensure successful project execution, including design workshops and solution architecture
Gather and analyze client business requirements while delivering high-quality demonstrations and presentations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Certification in SuccessFactors module, with a preference for Professional Certification in Employee Central
Minimum 6 years of experience in business processes and Employee Central implementation
At least 3 full implementation experiences on the SuccessFactors Employee Central Module
Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role
