Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer. Key Responsibilities Triage and troubleshoot issues escalated to the Support Team Resolve client inquiries and propose data/code solutions for bugs Create and maintain documentation for integration processes and troubleshooting steps Required Qualifications Familiarity with C#, .NET, and SQL Server Aptitude in navigating and troubleshooting in Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio Customer support experience Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
