Support Services Specialist
A company is looking for a Support Services Specialist 2.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an advocate for patients and liaise with clients and government agencies to facilitate medical expense coverage
Research, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate patient records while interacting with clients and internal departments
Assist with escalated customer issues and support leadership in analyzing inventory data to improve client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience in patient financial services or insurance collections
Proficient knowledge of commercial and government insurance plans, as well as medical terminology
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain HIPAA compliance
