Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
7 years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or HR project management
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of recruitment practices, compliance, and applicant tracking systems
Understanding of fair employment laws and human resources practices
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
