Talent Acquisition Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of their recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain efficient, scalable recruiting workflows from requisition to onboarding
Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system and related tools
Develop dashboards and reports to track key recruiting KPIs and improve efforts
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in talent operations or HR systems administration, preferably in a startup or hypergrowth environment
Expertise in managing ATS platforms and related tools
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with process automation and operational efficiency
Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical hiring environments is a strong plus
