Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule candidates for selection process activities such as assessments and interviews Manage pre-employment processing, including paperwork completion and preparation of offer letters Maintain candidate files for compliance and generate reports on candidate and recruiter activity Required Qualifications 1-2 years of office administration experience, preferably in HR or staffing Strong organizational skills and ability to complete projects on time Deep understanding of confidentiality requirements Comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs Resourceful and dependable with a customer service mentality
