Talent and People Manager
A company is looking for a Talent & People Manager to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts and support broader people operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring processes
Source, screen, and engage top talent while managing the applicant tracking system
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinate performance review cycles
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a recruiting or people operations role, preferably in an engineering-heavy organization
Hands-on experience with an ATS and HR tools; experience with Deel is a bonus
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfort handling confidential information with professionalism
