Talent Brand Program Manager
A company is looking for a Talent Brand Program Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee programs utilizing cross-functional teams to meet business needs and strategic objectives
Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment
Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while identifying resources, resolving issues, and mitigating risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of project management experience
Experience in marketing project management or recruitment marketing/employer branding is strongly preferred
Ability to manage projects through the full project life cycle
Proficiency in utilizing corporate and industry-standard tools and techniques for program oversight
