Member Contact Center Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 2 - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary service to members through various communication channels
Process member transactions and account maintenance accurately and efficiently
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Required Qualifications:
2 years of retail customer service experience, including 1 year in a financial institution
Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services
Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance practices
High School diploma or equivalent; successful completion of compliance coursework
Bi-lingual preferred
