Key Responsibilities
Source and secure top talent for various positions across the country
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment plans
Assess candidate viability, negotiate offers, and refine recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees
Familiarity with job boards and portals like Indeed and LinkedIn
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Background in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
