A company is looking for a Talent Scout.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruitment for various roles, including Caregivers and operational managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies
Guide candidates through the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees
Familiarity with job boards and recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Background in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
