A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Representative I (Entry-Level).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
Troubleshoot data, video, and voice (VoIP Phone) service disruptions
Accurately document customer interactions and follow required policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of VoIP Phone systems, internet gateways, and HD video
Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues
Must be customer service oriented
