Technical Customer Care Representative
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Representative I (Entry-Level).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously
Troubleshoot data, video, and VoIP Phone service disruptions focusing on first call resolution
Document customer interactions accurately and leverage multiple systems for issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of VoIP Phone systems, internet gateways, and HD video
Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues
Must be customer service oriented and reliable with regular attendance
