Technical Manager Infrastructure
A company is looking for a Technical Manager Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership for pre and post-sales services and support to clients Manage customer retention and resolve client concerns while developing a customer contact strategy Analyze operational processes and implement improvements in service delivery Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of five (5) years' experience with infrastructure technologies Experience in leading small teams Client-facing experience with contracts, SLAs, and compliance Understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery metrics
