A company is looking for a Technical Operations Administrator responsible for monitoring systems and coordinating incident responses to resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the business and IT, managing technical issues until resolution Monitor system performance and respond to alerts, managing incident reports and escalations Perform smoke tests for system deployments and escalate issues as necessary Required Qualifications Experience with monitoring tools and systems Self-motivated with a desire to improve knowledge and skills Ability to take ownership of issues and manage timely updates Familiarity with Azure, Splunk, and Linux systems administration is preferred Understanding of application performance monitoring is beneficial
